Yoga4Sobriety™ is not meant to replace any recovery program or professional support. It’s a supportive, heart-led practice designed to walk alongside those on the path of Twelve Step recovery.


Welcome!
My name is Gwen, and I am here to share the tools and practices that have supported my Twelve Step recovery over the past 30 years: meditation, journaling, yoga, breathwork, tapping, and more! Every tool helps, and I want to share how I use them in my continued recovery journey.
Yoga4Sobriety™ is a complementary practice for any Twelve Step program. Our classes join the liberating paths of the seven chakras and the Twelve Steps.


In Yoga4Sobriety™ classes, we aim to bring you simple messages of recovery with a physical practice that will help you find balance in your body, mind, spirit, and recovery. We do this with a chakra-focused Twelve Step themed yoga practice.
Yoga has been practiced for more than 5,000 years. We intend to ignite a passion for yoga practice within each student. Allow us to share what has been beneficial to us and millions of others.
