Learn how your energy centers collect data, where that data is stored in your body, how it impacts you, and how this fits into your Twelve Steps to strengthen and deepen your recovery. Chakra coaching is customized to fit your needs. We begin by using the chakras as a map of exploration. In the first session, we will do some chakra analysis to discover what to focus on. The following sessions will be customized with practices and assignments to support you in your ongoing recovery.
